Position Overview

• Salary: RM 2,000 - RM 2,200 + Overtime (OT)
• Location: Jalan Bersatu 13/4, Seksyen 13, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
• Employment Type: Full-Time Contract (Renewable after 1 year based on performance and client demand)
• Work Arrangement: Work From Office (WFO)

• Working Hours: 

  Standard Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM / Must be flexible to commit to shift schedules when required (Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / Afternoon shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform production scheduling and handle data entry in SAP, OPERA, and QI systems.
• Prepare daily operation reports.
• Perform shift packaging and raw material reconciliation.
• Monitor and track daily receiving activities and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate and share relevant information with cross-functional departments.

Job Requirements

• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma holder.
• Experience: Prior experience as a data entry clerk or in an administrative role is required.
• Skills: Good computer literacy, especially in MS Excel. Knowledge or experience with SAP systems is a strong advantage.

• Flexibility: Must be willing and able to support different shift schedules as needed.
