JOB SUMMARY

The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for coordinating, and managing the Company's learning programmes and initiatives. This role focuses on strategic learning operations, vendor management, and programme administration, ensuring employees have access to high-quality development opportunities that align with business objectives.

This role serves as the central coordinator of all learning activities, acting as the bridge between business needs and learning solutions. The L&D Executive ensures seamless execution of learning initiatives while maintaining administrative excellence and effectiveness across all learning operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learning Partner Management & Coordination - Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with Learning Partners to ensure quality programme delivery.
  • Learning Operations & Administration - Manage end-to-end learning operations from registrations to logistics including venues, communications, materials, attendance, and LMS administration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication - Partner with business leaders and HR to understand learning needs, communicate opportunities, and gather post-training feedback to evaluate programme effectiveness
  • Monthly Onboarding Facilitation - Conduct monthly new hire onboarding sessions on company culture, policies, and values to ensure smooth integration of new employees through structured orientation programmes.
  • HRDC Management - Manage HRDC grant applications, claims, and compliance to maximize training funding opportunities and ensure adherence to HRDC requirements and guidelines.
  • Reporting & Analytics - Generate reports on training metrics, completion rates, and ROl while tracking budgets, analyzing learning data to identify trends, and maintaining records for audit and compliance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • 2-4 years of experience in learning and development, HRDC management, and training coordination.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple programmes simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools is an added advantage.
