Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM6,000 depend on year of Experience and RM100 (Parking Allowance)
Client Nature of Business: Global luxury travel platform based in Hong Kong & Singapore providing intriguing & in-depth tour services to travellers in Asia.
Responsibilities
- HubSpot CRM Management: Maintain and update customer profiles, lead statuses, and sales pipelines within HubSpot.
- Automation & Workflow Optimisation: Set up and refine email sequences, workflows, and automation rules to enhance lead nurturing and customer engagement.
- Drafting email & Whatsapp remarketing messages in mainly Mandarin via leveraging AI
- Constantly leverage Hubspot, Omnisend (Email platform) and Whatsapp as remarketing tools
- Lead Segmentation: Organize and segment customer and prospect lists for targeted marketing campaigns and sales follow-ups.
- Data Clean-Up & Integrity: Regularly audit the CRM to remove duplicates, standardised data, and ensure accuracy for reporting and outreach.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in creating and assigning tasks for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking customer interactions.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate weekly and monthly CRM reports on pipeline progress, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Experience:
- 2 -10 years
- Eager to learn, and thrive in a high-pace, growth driven environment
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is a must
Minimum Education: Minimum STPM/Diploma graduates.
Language Requirement: English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Job Type: Full Time - 12 Months renewable, if not renew 1 month compensation
