Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
- Weekends if required only
Job Requirements:
- Posses an MQA-recognised Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Office Management and Technology, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in operations, project management, logistics, or a similar field.; or
- Posses an MQA-recognised Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, Office Management and Technology, or STPM or a related field, with minimum 5 years of working experience in operations, project management, logistics, or a similar field.
- Applicants must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
Key Skills:
- Handling daily operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Data entry, filing, reporting, and document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software.
- Strong spoken and written skills in English and often local language (e.g., Bahasa Malaysia).
- Managing client relationships and resolving customer complaints.
- Detail-oriented, organized, ability to work under pressure, overtime and proactiveness.
Common Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth daily operational activities.
- Supporting administrative, logistics, and sales operations.
- Handling documentation and reports.
- Managing vendor relations or client compliance.
