Position : Senior Assistant, Seller Support

Client/Work Location: Lazada Logistics KLP Sortation Centre, Jalan PPU 1, Taman Perindustrian Puchong Utama, Puchong, Selangor

Monthly Salary: RM 2,300.00 – RM 2,500.00 (Inclusive of RM 100 phone allowance)

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Senior Assistant, Seller Support to join our team under Lazada Logistic Vendor Management. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for resolving escalations from Sellers, Stations, and internal stakeholders using various digital communication tools. You will ensure operational efficiency by managing day-to-day tasks, resolving complaints, and monitoring logistics backlogs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escalation Management: Handle and resolve lower and higher-level enquiries from Sellers and Stations via Email, Ding-Talk, WhatsApp, and Phone calls within SOP timelines.
  • Operational Communication: Coordinate with Sellers regarding changes in pickup timing, segmentations, migrations, or route changes.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with PSC, Key Account Managers, and MP Logs Teams to manage seller expectations during festive seasons, campaigns, and public holidays.
  • Issue Resolution: Address concerns raised by couriers and FM Pickup teams, ensuring parcels are secured by arranging additional trips when necessary.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track OTC and DOP backlogs daily, pushing the FM pickup team for clearance, and sharing daily reports with the First Mile team and management.
  • Quality Control: Monitor Air Waybill (AWB) issues with the Sort Team and provide summary reports to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the Customer Service field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
  • Attributes: Strong analytical skills, able to handle difficult situations, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Working Style: Comfortable as a sole contributor while maintaining excellent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mobility: Must possess own transport and be able to comply with periodic travel/visits within designated areas.

Job Type: 

  • Full Time-Renewable Contract (based on client's evaluation)

Reporting Line

  • This position reports directly to the Supervisor and Facility Manager.
