Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday), 8 am to 12 noon (Saturday)
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Half Day)

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (experience within the construction or audit industry is an added advantage).
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or a related professional qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in accounting software (AutoCount)
  • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Language: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Job Scopes:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations
  • Manage project accounting, including cost tracking and budget monitoring
  • Prepare and process progress claims, invoices, and billing to clients
  • Verify subcontractor claims and process payments, including retention sums
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts
  • Petty cash handling and reconciliation
