Job Descriptions:

  • Handling administrative tasks and order processing for China/Hong Kong customers
  • Customer communication as a key contact window between customers order and internal operations delivery planning
  • Coordination and liaise with other departments such as logistics/finance to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve issues
  • Organizational skills and able to manage multiple taks efficiently (multi -task)
  • Tech proficiency in excel/word/CRM software.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma/STPM/ and have any financial discipline such s Finance/Accounting or Business
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Or, 2 - 3 years work experience
  • Able to speak and write in Mandarin languageĀ to understandĀ the document declaration form
