JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and digitally savvy Digital Brand & Communication Strategist to strengthen our brand's digital presence and customer engagement within the automotive industry. This role integrates digital marketing strategy, communication management, and digital system involvement, while ensuring a consistent corporate brand identity across all online and offline platforms. The position also involves managing KOC, KOL, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility and advocacy. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, creative, and technical skills, with a keen eye for detail, passion for automotive innovation, and solid knowledge of both ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and EV (Electric Vehicle products to effectively communicate product value across diverse customer segments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize SEM, display, and social media ad campaigns to generate awareness and qualified leads.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting tools. Coordinate and execute digital launch campaigns for new vehicle models, events, and promotions.
Social Media & Content Planning
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
- Develop engaging, brand-aligned content strategies to increase audience engagement and followers.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copywriting that reflect the corporate brand identity.
- Monitor social media trends, audience feedback, and competitors' activities to optimize content and engagement.
Digital Communication & Corporate Branding
- Develop and implement digital communication strategies aligned with the corporate brand identity and tone of voice.
- Ensure consistent messaging, visuals, and presentation across all communication channels.
- Support corporate announcements, product launches, and events with well-coordinated digital communication efforts.
Influencer, KOL & KOC Management
- Identify, engage, and manage KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers), and influencers for brand campaigns.
- Plan, negotiate, and coordinate influencer marketing activities, ensuring deliverables meet campaign objectives.
- Monitor influencer content and evaluate campaign performance and ROI.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with automotive, lifestyle, and tech influencers.
System & Digital Platform Involvement
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new or enhanced digital systems.
- Participate in website design and development, focusing on user experience (UX), interface (UI), and branding alignment.
- Contribute to mobile app design and development, ensuring features meet marketing and engagement objectives.
- Involve in enterprise system design and development, supporting communication workflows and content integration.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze digital marketing, communication, and social media performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare monthly performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay up to date with automotive trends, including ICE and EV technologies, and evolving digital marketing strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, communication, or influencer management - preferably in the automotive or consumer brand industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate brand identity, digital marketing strategies, and social media management.
- Knowledge of ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) and EV (Electric Vehicle) products and market trends.
- Experience in KOC/KOL/influencer management and content calendar planning.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with UAT, website, mobile app, or enterprise system development is an advantage.
- Excellent writing, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar creative tools preferred.
