Consumer Care Specialist - Vietnamese/Thai/Tagalog/English (Johor)

CONSUMER CARE SPECIALIST - LANGUAGES: Vietnamese & English / Thai & English / Tagalog & English speaking!

Location: Johor Bahru City Square Office Tower

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM

• To handle customer inquiries, complains and queries on a timely basis and professionally
• To log the case to the system on a timely basis without any delay
• Able to contribute to the team efficiency when it is needed 
• Meeting the SLA and KPI as agreed
• Understand when to escalate the case to the team leader

Requirements:

• Language proficiency as mentioned in the Job Title above
• Spouse Visa holder (Married to Malaysian and residing in Johor Bahru or plan to relocate to Johor Bahru)
• Good communication skill and a positive work attitude
• Good team player with a customer first mindset
