CUSTOMER SUPPORT (TAIWAN / HONG KONG MARKET) – MANDARIN & CANTONESE SPEAKER

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (rotational)
Work Arrangement: 30% Voice, 70% Desk-based work
- Handle customer support for Taiwan and Hong Kong market
- Provide assistance via voice calls and written communication
- Resolve customer inquiries and service-related issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow company SOPs and service quality standards
- Perform desk-based support tasks when required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Malaysian citizens only
- Minimum SPM / O-Level / IGCSE (including candidates who have sat for SPM without certificate)
- Able to communicate in English (basic level)
- Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese (Traditional CN required)
- Up to 35 years old (up to 45 years old considered depending on profile)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
