Job Description:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding and offboarding.
- Managing foreign workers' applications, including handling work permits, visas and all related documentation and compliance requirements.
- Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
- Identify training needs and plan development programs to enhance employee performance and skills.
- Managing compensation and benefits, including payroll preparation, bonuses, statutory contributions and insurance administration.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies and HR best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations, support promotion processes, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- To undertake other duties being assigned or directed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably with experience handling foreign workers applicaton and related processes.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR Best practices, and payroll administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels.
- Proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
