• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash or payment transactions
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Clean and clear tables promptly after customers leave
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, kitchen, and service counters
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Restock ingredients and supplies when needed
• Assist team members during busy hours
• Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints politely
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
