Sales Advisor (Serian)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Aged between 21-32 with pleasant personality.
• Min Diploma in Marketing, e-Commerce, Graphic Design, Hospitality or Tourism.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong passion and desire to do sales and marketing.
• High enthusiasm to do live talk and record video through social media.
• Positive altitude with high self-discipline
• Strong interpersonal skills with customer service-oriented mind set.

Job Scopes:

• Greet and approach customers proactively
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Build trust and rapport with customers
• Handle returns, exchanges, or complaints
• Follow up with customers when needed
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-purchase

• Basic salary of RM 1,700, with Potential to earn up to RM20k
