Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: From 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday: Half day
Job Requirements:
- Relevant experience in corporate work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently
- Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes
- Problem-Solving and analytical thinking
Job Scopes:
- Administrative Support:
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk duties.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (Physical and digital).
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings.
- Coordinate office-wide activities and events.
- Documentation and Communication:
- Draft letters, memos, and official documents.
- Maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external parties.
- Office Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced.
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping.

- Salary Range: RM3,000.00 to RM4,000.00
