Job Description

Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: From 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: Half day

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in corporate work environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various administrative tasks efficiently
  • Ability to handle pressure and high call volumes
  • Problem-Solving and analytical thinking

Job Scopes:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage front desk duties.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
    • Maintain filing systems (Physical and digital).
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for meetings.
    • Coordinate office-wide activities and events.
  • Documentation and Communication:
    • Draft letters, memos, and official documents.
    • Maintain records, databases, and spreadsheets.
    • Act as a point of contact between staff, management, and external parties.
  • Office Management:
    • Monitor and order office supplies.
    • Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced.
    • Support HR functions such as onboarding and record-keeping.

  • Salary Range: RM3,000.00 to RM4,000.00
