Working Days & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: From 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
  • Saturday: Half day

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations

Job Scopes:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure financial data integrity
  • Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities
  • Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies

  • Salary Range: RM 2,000.00 to RM3,000.00
