Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Friday: From 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Saturday: Half day
Job Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably within the real estate industry
- Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
Job Scopes:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Preparing monthly financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts to ensure financial data integrity
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax authorities
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies

- Salary Range: RM 2,000.00 to RM3,000.00
