Sales Executive (Kota Kinabalu Sabah)

• Diploma in Business Studies and above
• Preferably 2 years of experience in the related field

Job Scope :

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Travel throughout assigned territories to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, to talk with customers on sales floor or by phone.
• Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogues, and emphasize sellable features.
• To gather and act upon market intelligence information focusing on opportunities for new market and new product development.
• Communicate market information on competitors’ activities and market offer.
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained.
• Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on knowledge of own company’s production and  delivery schedules.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and keep expense accounts.
• Work with inside team members to keep account activities and literature up to date.
• Coordinate customer training and seminars.
• Enter new customers’ data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
• To procure sales for the company and to work towards meeting target set by the management.
• To achieve minimum 3 approved new customers per month. (Cash customers and credit customers)
• To monitor on collection and to ensure as far as possible that all credit accounts are brought current.
• Investigate and resolve customers’ problems with deliveries.

Salary :

• Salary Range RM3000 - RM4000
• EPF, Socso & EIS
