Job Description

This role is ideal for an Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant vocational training student who enjoys the technical side of operations but prefers a desk-based role focused on quality, compliance, and procedural documentation. You will play a key role in ensuring our service center meets international standards.

Experience:

Previous experience in any workshop or warehouse.

Physical stamina:

Able to stand for long periods

Tool literacy:

Familiarity with or a willingness to learn how to safely handle basic hand and power tools.

Soft skills:

Strong active listening skills, able to follow complex instructions, and a reliable work ethic.

Safety mindset:

Committed to maintaining a hazardous-free and organized workplace

Maintain cleanliness:

• Work station - Sweep floors, empty trash bins, wipe down work surface, clear away debris, power wash work area
• Machine related - Clean machine parts, dispose grease and sludge into containers, arrange parts according to customer crates/pallets and maintain tools cleanliness

Organize tools:

• Return hand and power tools to designated storage racks and areas, report to supervisor if any tools broken or damaged.

Assist technicians:

• Hold materials, fetch parts, and support senior team members with basic assemblies.

Prepare materials:

• Load, unload, move and cut materials needed for upcoming projects.

Enforce safety:

• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations, including using proper PPE.
