What We Are Looking For?
- A Bachelor Degree in Science or any relevant discipline or Diploma in Pharmacy
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Possess relevant experience in pharma sales industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close sales
- A results-driven and ambitious mindset to work independently to achieve personal and team targets
- Strong organizational and excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- A valid driver's license holder
What you'll be doing:
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory to promote our range of products.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products to prospective and current customers
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintain accurate sales records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor information and new product developments
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
