Sales Specialist (Kuching)

Join the fast-growing Proton e.MAS electric vehicle division and be part of the new EV era in Malaysia. We are looking for energetic, driven, and customer-focused Sales Specialists to expand our team.

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:15 pm
• Work Days: Shift-based, including weekends.
• Off days on weekdays.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or related fields
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Passionate about EV products and new technology
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Scopes:

• Engage and assist customers throughout the EV buying journey
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and EV feature explanations
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets (minimum 4 units)
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional showroom standards

Benefits & Remunerations:

• Salary Range: Basic RM1,700 + Commission & Incentive up to RM10k
