Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor (Hybrid Arrangement) Salary: Up to RM5,500 (Based on experience) Employment Type: 9-Month Contract (Renewable Contract)

About the Opportunity

We are representing a leading Multinational Company (MNC) within the FMCG sector. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with a strong background in end-to-end freight forwarding and order management who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including order processing, shipping (imports & exports), receiving, warehousing and outbound transportations to customer receiving. 

Collaborate with third party logistics , approved vendors and cross functional teams to streamline and execute warehousing and distribution processes

Implement best practice strategies to deliver cost savings and improve logistics operating costs 

Drive & leverage D&A for improvement insights

Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in logistics operations

Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and industry regulations

Lead the Order Management team and foster a positive productive work environment while driving order processing efficiency 

Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes and develop effective improvements

Who Are We Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics, order processing, and warehouse management
  • Background in end-to-end logistics operations, including both international and local distribution
  • Proven ability to work with SAP systems, with excellent troubleshooting capabilities
  • Leadership experience in a Multinational Company (MNC) setup 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of working experience, with at least 5 years specifically in the Freight Forwarding or FMCG industry.
  • Seniority: Must have held at least a Senior Executive or Assistant Manager position in your last role.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to work with SAP systems (excellent troubleshooting capabilities required).
  • Urgency: Preference will be given to candidates who can start immediately or within a 1-week notice period.
  • Language: High proficiency in English is required.
