Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (depending on position)
- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Punctual and disciplined
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Previous working experience is an advantage
- Fluent Mandarin speaker
Job Scopes:
- Handle customer inquiry & close sales
- Arrange cleaner schedule daily
- Make sure all jobs run smoothly
- Solve last-minute issues (staff absent, urgent jobs)
- Check quality & handle complaints
- Manage staff performance
- Ensure operation is efficient
