Sales & Operation Manager (Kuching)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (depending on position)
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good attitude, responsible, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Punctual and disciplined
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
• Previous working experience is an advantage
• Fluent Mandarin speaker

Job Scopes:

• Handle customer inquiry & close sales
• Arrange cleaner schedule daily
• Make sure all jobs run smoothly
• Solve last-minute issues (staff absent, urgent jobs)
• Check quality & handle complaints
• Manage staff performance
• Ensure operation is efficient
