Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Controller to oversee stock management and ensure smooth inventory operations at our retail outlet. You will play a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, supporting sales, and minimizing stock discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall store stock operations and inventory control
  • Maintain accurate stock records for all merchandise
  • Monitor daily stock movement (receiving, sales, transfers, returns)
  • Conduct regular stock counts (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Perform stock reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse and HQ
  • Ensure proper storage, tagging
  • Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and aging stock
  • Prevent stock loss, damage, and shrinkage
  • Maintain organized and clean stockroom at all times
  • Prepare stock and inventory reports for management
  • Support store operations and assist sales team when required
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Retail Management, Logistics, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in retail stock control or store management (garment industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management systems
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Physically fit and able to handle stock movement
