Job Description
- Interact with customers – shipment arrangement for Air, Sea & Land (Inbound & Outbound).
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies and others).
- Solve customer and carrier problems / other issues.
- Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
- Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operating system.
- Track and trace shipments as required.
- Utilize Process Workflows on daily basis.
- Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
- Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
- Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
- Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated.
- Communications - timely responses to emails etc. (internal and external).
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Or Candidate possess a Diploma, Degree in Management, Business, or an equivalent
- Knowledge of spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage
Qualification:
- 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
- Good analytic skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
