Job Description

  • Interact with customers – shipment arrangement for Air, Sea & Land (Inbound & Outbound).
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers (airlines, trucking companies and others).
  • Solve customer and carrier problems / other issues.
  • Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
  • Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the operating system.
  • Track and trace shipments as required.
  • Utilize Process Workflows on daily basis.
  • Ensure timely movement and delivery of freight to customers.
  • Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client invoicing.
  • Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed and updated.
  • Communications - timely responses to emails etc. (internal and external).

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Or Candidate possess a Diploma, Degree in Management, Business, or an equivalent
  • Knowledge of spoken and written Mandarin will be an added advantage

Qualification:

  • 1 - 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
  • Good analytic skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
