Job Description

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
  • Track shipments and update delivery status in the system.
  • Communicate with transport companies, suppliers, and warehouse staff.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
  • Support stock receiving, checking, and dispatching processes.
  • Perform data entry in ERP or logistics management systems.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
  • Handle customer or internal inquiries related to delivery or shipment status.
  • Ensure compliance with company logistics policies and procedures.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirement:

  • Basic knowledge of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under deadlines
