About Us: Mango Concept Industry specializes in residential interior design and renovation services. We are looking for a responsible and experienced Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team to handle accounting and administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks and maintain accurate financial records
- Key in accounting data, invoices, receipts, and payments into the system
- Assist with preparation of yearly audit documents and reports
- Prepare basic financial and accounting reports
- Manage administrative duties and office documentation
- Issue and record invoices and billing
- Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding payments and documents
- Handle phone calls and email correspondence professionally
- Support management with general admin and coordination tasks
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in the accounting field
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with SQL Accounting System will be an added advantage
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
