Junior Executive - Sales & Marketing (Kota Kinabalu)

Position: Junior Executive – Sales & Marketing
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Property Development, Property Sales, or non-property industry but sales related

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
• Minimum 1 year in Property Development, Property Sales, or non-property industry but Sales related
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Result-oriented with a strong sales drive
• Good understanding of local property market (Sabah market knowledge is an advantage)
• Familiar with SPA process, loan documentation, and property transaction procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms

Preferred Skills & Background:

• Experience handling sales and/or developer projects
• Knowledge of property compliance, land titles
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (FB Ads, TikTok, property portals, etc)
• Strong networking ability with agents and bankers
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (advantage))

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies for property development projects
• Handle sales inquiries, follow-ups, and client relationship management
• Conduct property viewings and project presentations
• Coordinate marketing campaigns (online & offline)
• Support roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor research
• Liaise with bankers, lawyers, and relevant stakeholders during sales process
• Maintain updated CRM/database of prospects and buyers
