Job Requirements:
- Friendly attitude and good teamwork spirit
- Able to communicate in Malay and basic English
- Responsible and punctual
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) field is an advantage but not required
Job Scopes:
- Customer Service – Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Food & Beverage Service – Prepare, serve food and drinks, and assist with takeaway or delivery orders.
- POS & Payment Handling – Operate the POS system, process payments (cash, card, DuitNow), and ensure accurate billing.
- Cleanliness & Hygiene – Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations while following food safety standards.
- Team Support & Daily Operations – Assist with basic food preparation, stock monitoring, and support the team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
