Assistant Supervisor (Sibu)

Location:  Delta Grocer, Sibu

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma qualification with good interpersonal skills.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong leadership ability to guide and support team members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of multitasking.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office; POS system experience is an advantage).
• Good communication skills and able to speak and write in English and Malay/Mandarin.
