Event Details

• Event Name: To be revealed during the interview session
• Event Dates: 20 – 23 April 2026
• Briefing & Training: 18 – 19 April 2026
• Venue: Segambut KL
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Volunteer Entitlement & Payment

• Volunteer allowance : RM80/day 
• Payment Date: 31 May 2026
• Payment Method: Bank Transfer

Requirements :

• Speaks well in English
• Responsible work etiquette, event experience & good attitude
• Able to commit for the whole durations of the show
• Not lazy, proactive, and capable of standing for extended periods.
• Volunteering spirit and able to commit longer hours
• Open to all nationalities. A valid ID and visa (if required) in Malaysia is mandatory.
• Able to accept volunteer allowance rate only!

Important Notice: 

1. Transportation, parking, accommodation, and meals during the training days will not be provided. Volunteers are responsible for their own arrangements.
2. Please note that role preferences indicated in the application are not guaranteed. 
3. Final role assignments will be determined based on the interview assessment and operational requirements.
4. An official exemption letter will be issued to successfully selected volunteers (upon request) upon confirmation of appointment.
