IMMEDIATE VACANCY: PRODUCTION OPERATOR (SERENDAH, SELANGOR)

Work Schedule & Environment

• Working Days: 5 Days Work / 2 Days Off (Rotational Off Days)

• Shift 1: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Includes 3 hours OT)

• Shift 2: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Includes 3 hours OT)

• Environment: Air-conditioned, clean-room environment.

• Physical Nature: Mostly automated processes; less physically demanding. May involve standing or sitting depending on the station.

Salary & Earnings Potential

We offer a competitive package with high earning potential based on your attendance and performance:

• Standard Monthly Take-Home: RM2,200 – RM2,400 (Basic Salary + 3 hours of daily Overtime)

• Maximum Monthly Potential: Up to RM3,000 (Achievable with Zero Absences + all applicable allowances)

Basic Salary Structure (Based on Qualification):

• F1: RM1,700 (PMR)

• F2: RM1,800 (SPM or SKM Level 3)

• F3: RM1,900 (Above SPM: STPM, SVM, Diploma, Degree)

Allowances & Benefits:

• Transport Allowance: RM200 (Fixed)

• Night Shift Allowance: RM260 (RM10 per night worked)

• Full Attendance Allowance: RM150 or RM300 (Subject to company policy)

• Meal Allowance: RM10 (Canteen credit)

• Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB

• Annual Leave: 14 days Public Holidays

• Note: No transport or hostel provided at this time.

Job Description

Responsible for lithium-ion battery manufacturing according to work instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain lithium-ion battery production machinery.

• Monitor processes to ensure safety and quality compliance.

• Perform routine inspections on materials and finished products.

• Handle sensitive materials (electrode sheets, cells, electrolytes) with care.

• Record production data (batch numbers/parameters) accurately.

• Maintain cleanliness (GMP) and report equipment malfunctions immediately.

Requirements

• Citizenship: Malaysian Citizen only.

• Age: 18 to 40 years old.

• Language: Must be able to read and understand written English (required for machinery operation). Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Attributes: Energetic, alert, and capable of working in a clean-room environment.
