Civil & Structural Design Engineer (Penampang)

Working Days & Hours:

• Working Hours: From 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Work Days: Monday – Friday; 2nd & 4th Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in civil/structural design, Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Independence: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own workload, and take initiative to solve problems effectively.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in structural analysis software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Scopes:

• Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Liaise with architects, clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Review project plans and proposals to ensure technical feasibility and compliance with Malaysian Standards
• Work independently to manage project timelines and deliverables for assigned tasks.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required.
