Job Summary
The F&B Service Staff / Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menu and provide detailed information when requested (e.g., ingredients, promotions, recommendations)
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Clear tables and reset for the next guests
- Prepare bills and handle payment transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations and equipment
- Follow hygiene, safety and SOP standards
- Assist in opening and closing duties
