• Technical proficiency in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting systems, equipment and tools related to hotel operations
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and experience in their installation or repair
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• A commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory standards
• Relevant certifications in technical or maintenance-related fields are an advantage
• Previous experience in facilities or hotel maintenance roles is favorable
