Job Summary

The Sales / Event Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing event planning from concept to execution. This role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships and ensuring successful event delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify and secure new clients through calls, meetings, networking and social media
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships
  • Upsell services and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Plan, coordinate and execute events from start to finish
  • Liaise with clients to understand event requirements and expectations
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal teams
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost control
  • Oversee on-site event setup and ensure smooth execution
  • Handle last-minute changes or issues professionally
