Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
  • Assist sales team with documentation and follow-ups
  • Update pricing lists and product information
  • Process customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock availability and delivery
  • Track order status and inform customers
  • Respond to customer enquiries (WhatsApp, email, calls)
  • Handle complaints and escalate when needed
  • Maintain good customer relationships
  • Attend customer meetings when required
  • Participate in site visits with sales or technical team
  • Represent company at exhibitions, trade shows, or industry events
