Job Overview

• Client Details: GEA Westfalia Separator (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.  32, Jalan 15/22, Taman Perindustrian Tiong Nam, Seksyen 15, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor.

• Position Level: Junior Executive

• Salary: RM 2,500.00 – RM 4,000.00 (plus Overtime Pay)

• Work Location: Shah Alam, Selangor / Extensive On-Site travel

• Employment Type: Full-time (Contract basis, renewable yearly)

What You Will Do

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintaining customer satisfaction through professional on-site service.

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and set up high-speed separators and associated systems at various customer sites.

• Hands-on Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. You will be expected to conduct physically demanding field activities, including the manual servicing and troubleshooting of heavy high-speed rotating equipment.

• Technical Support: Offer both on-site and remote assistance, utilizing GEA CRM for technical clarifications.

• Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their equipment.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and service reports.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Experience: 1–3 years in industrial equipment servicing preferred; fresh graduates with a strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.

• Physical & Mental Readiness: Ability to cope with physically demanding work in industrial environments (e.g., refineries, plants) and a "get your hands dirty" attitude toward field repairs.

• Technical Skills: Strong fundamentals in mechanical and electrical engineering, including the ability to read electrical schematics.

• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be prepared for frequent and extensive travel to various customer facilities across the region.

• Attributes: Analytical thinkers who can perform under pressure and manage multiple on-site priorities.

• Language: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Age: Preferred age between 23 and 30.
