Synergy Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer on behalf of our client, GEA Westfalia Separator (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., a global leader in separation technology. Based in Shah Alam, this role is perfect for an engineering professional looking to gain hands-on experience with high-speed rotating equipment in a dynamic, full-time environment.

Job Overview

• Position Level: Junior Executive
• Salary: RM 2,500.00 – RM 4,000.00 (plus Overtime Pay)
• Work Location: 32, Jalan 15/22, Seksyen 15, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor / On-Site
• Employment Type: Full-time (Contract basis, renewable yearly)

What You Will Do

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and maintaining customer satisfaction through professional on-site service.

• Installation & Commissioning: Install and set up high-speed separators and associated systems at various customer sites.
• Maintenance & Repair: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues for high-speed rotating equipment.
• Technical Support: Offer both on-site and remote assistance, and utilize GEA CRM to coordinate with factories for technical clarifications.
• Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their equipment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and service reports.

Who We Are Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment servicing is preferred, but fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Technical Skills: Strong fundamentals in mechanical and electrical engineering, including the ability to read electrical schematics.
• Attributes: Analytical thinkers with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
• Language Requirements: Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively to customer facilities.
• Age: Preferred age between 23 and 30.
