Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Working Hours: From 09:30am to 07:30pm (Morning Shift) / 12:00pm to 10:00pm (Noon Shift)
- Working Time: 7.5 hrs per day; break time 1 hr; fixed OT 1.5 hrs.
- Work Days: Six working days and one rest day
Job Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in Chinese cuisine cooking.
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food hygiene.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Scopes:
- Assist in basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients).
- Support cooks in meal preparation and cooking tasks as required.
- Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and food preparation areas.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
