Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting / Finance / LCCI or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years working experience (fresh graduates may apply)
- Able to handle basic bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Knowledge of SQL / Autocount / accounting software is an advantage
- Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and payroll processing
- Good in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Responsible, honest and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Scopes:
- Daily Accounting Work
- Key in supplier invoices and issue payment vouchers
- Prepare official receipts and sales invoices
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents
- Update daily cash flow and bank transactions
- Financial & Reporting
- Assist in monthly account closing
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Monitor accounts payable & accounts receivable
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Payroll & Compliance
- Process staff payroll
- Prepare EPF, SOCSO & EIS submissions
- Assist in audit preparation
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards
- Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing quotations and simple contracts
- Maintain proper documentation of company records
- Support management in financial planning and cost monitoring
