Inspector of Works/Resident QS (Ranau)

Successful candidate will join our team as an Inspector of Works-QS (IOW-QS) to be based atWP33 Ranau. The Tasks and Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the followings:

• Interim valuations for progress payments including attending all meetings in connectionthereto;
• Site measurement for completed works or aborted works;
• Variations (VOs) monitoring and management;
• Support for Extension of Time (EOT) evaluation;
• Support for Final Account preparation;
• Support for disputes resolution;
• Attend all site and supervisory meetings;
• Provide a consolidated daily summary and weekly reports to Head office;
• Be prepared to travel or drive; and
• All other tasks as required by Head Office.
