Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin Intern to support daily administrative and operational activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to office administration, inventory support, and process improvement initiatives within a structured corporate environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administrative tasks
- Support operations and inventory administration activities
- Maintain and update records, documents, and basic reports
- Assist in organizing files and documentation
- Participate in small-scale projects related to procedures or ISO documentation
- Provide administrative support to internal teams as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
- Able to commit to a 3 to 6 months internship
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
