Internship Type: Full-Time Internship
Internship Period: ASAP – 3 to 6 months
Internship Allowance: RM500 per month
Working Hours: Office hours (Monday to Friday)

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Admin Intern to support daily administrative and operational activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to office administration, inventory support, and process improvement initiatives within a structured corporate environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office administrative tasks
  • Support operations and inventory administration activities
  • Maintain and update records, documents, and basic reports
  • Assist in organizing files and documentation
  • Participate in small-scale projects related to procedures or ISO documentation
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Able to commit to a 3 to 6 months internship
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
