Job Requirements :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field.
• 3 years & above of relevant experience in both pre-contract & post contract works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
• Willing to travel to site offices/other project locations within Sarawak.

Job Scopes :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour and equipment.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
• Analyzes rates of construction items to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor project expenses, compares actual vs budgeted costs and identifies savings.
• Verifies and prepares running account bills, variation claims and final bill.
• Manages contracts, ensures compliance with terms and handles disputes.
• Prepare cost reports, progress updates and assist in project financial closure.
