Job Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent field.
- 3 years & above of relevant experience in both pre-contract & post contract works.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction-related software.
- Willing to travel to site offices/other project locations within Sarawak.
Job Scopes :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour and equipment.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Analyzes rates of construction items to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project expenses, compares actual vs budgeted costs and identifies savings.
- Verifies and prepares running account bills, variation claims and final bill.
- Manages contracts, ensures compliance with terms and handles disputes.
- Prepare cost reports, progress updates and assist in project financial closure.
