Job Description
Working Days & Hours:
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: From 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of site working experience.
- Willing to work on-site.
- Familiar with construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Strong supervision and problem-solving skills.
Job Scopes:
- Supervise daily site activities and construction works.
- Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
- Monitor workmanship quality, materials, and site manpower.
- Supervise subcontractors and site workers.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or construction issues.
- Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
- Verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
- Resolve minor technical issues on-site.
- Coordinate closely with Project Engineer and relevant parties.
