Job Description
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
- 1–3 years of working experience in warehouse or store inventory operations.
- Able to operate a forklift (a valid license is an advantage).
- Familiar with stock control, receiving, and warehouse processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the receiving and checking of incoming goods to ensure correct quantity and quality.
- Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels at all times.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory control activities.
- Record and verify warehouse receiving and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor loading and dispatch of finished goods.
- Ensure proper arrangement, stacking, and positioning of goods in the warehouse and
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with internal procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments and report stock status to the immediate superior.
