Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in warehouse or store inventory operations.
  • Able to operate a forklift (a valid license is an advantage).
  • Familiar with stock control, receiving, and warehouse processes.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the receiving and checking of incoming goods to ensure correct quantity and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels at all times.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory control activities.
  • Record and verify warehouse receiving and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Monitor loading and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Ensure proper arrangement, stacking, and positioning of goods in the warehouse and
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and report stock status to the immediate superior.
