Job Description
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledger accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team
- Ensuring all financial records are accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with relevant policies and regulations
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues
What we're looking for:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounts Clerk
- Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Good numerical and analytical skills,
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively/follow-up
