Job Description

What you'll be doing:

  • Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining general ledger accounts
  • Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting team
  • Ensuring all financial records are accurate, up-to-date and in compliance with relevant policies and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any accounting-related queries or issues

What we're looking for:

  • Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accounts Clerk
  • Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Good numerical and analytical skills,
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively/follow-up
