Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Studies, or related
  • Preferably with minimum relevant working experience in secretarial or administrative support roles.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • Highly resourceful, organised, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel as required

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the employer’s schedule, including arranging and confirming meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Handle secretarial and administrative tasks such as preparing and maintaining records, reports, and correspondence.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval of
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Follow up on pending matters and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties professionally on behalf of the employer.
  • Perform any other duties assigned to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
