Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Studies, or related
- Preferably with minimum relevant working experience in secretarial or administrative support roles.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Highly resourceful, organised, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel as required
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the employer’s schedule, including arranging and confirming meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Handle secretarial and administrative tasks such as preparing and maintaining records, reports, and correspondence.
- Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) to ensure easy retrieval of
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Follow up on pending matters and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Liaise with internal and external parties professionally on behalf of the employer.
- Perform any other duties assigned to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
