Palm Oil Mill Manager (Belaga)

Job Qualifications:

• Holder of Second Grade Steam Engineer Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Competent Person status in Effluent Treatment or Scheduled Waste is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in a palm oil mill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure efficient, cost-effective mill operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and statutory requirements
• Provide leadership to the site management team to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and implement occupational safety and health practices in the workplace.
• Prepare annual mill budget and work plan.
• Participate in the implementation of Malaysian Sustainable Palm Oil (MSPO) Certification (advantageous).
