Inspector-Of-Works (Bau Sarawak)

Working Days & Hours:

Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm

Work Days: Monday to Friday only

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in construction site supervision or inspection.
• Familiar with construction drawings, specifications, and standard construction practices.
• Knowledge of local authority requirements and construction safety standards.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Able to work independently and willing to be stationed on-site.
• Contract position: 26 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and schedule construction activities and workers on site.
• Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Inspect construction sites and equipment to ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Ensure construction and repair works are completed according to project timelines and quality requirements.
