Job Title: Hiring & Recruitment Marketing Internship

Employer: Agensi Pekerjaan Synergy Staffing, C-03-20, Da:Men (Shop-Office), Persiaran Kewajipan, USJ 1, 47600 Subang Jaya, Selangor.

Position Overview

The Hiring & Recruitment Marketing Intern will support our talent acquisition team in attracting top talent through creative recruitment strategies. This role combines elements of recruitment coordination, digital marketing, and graphic design to create compelling job advertisements and enhance our employer brand across digital platforms, particularly Facebook and other digital advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support & Coordination (40%)

  • Assist in screening incoming resumes and applications
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support initial outreach to potential candidates via email and LinkedIn
  • Participate in recruitment team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement

2. Digital Job Advertisement Creation & Management (60%)

Design & Content Creation:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for job postings using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Write compelling job advertisement copy optimized for different platforms
  • Design recruitment marketing materials (social media cards, banners, etc.)

Facebook & Digital Advertising:

  • Develop and schedule job promotion campaigns on Facebook/Instagram
  • Assist in managing recruitment advertising budgets for social media campaigns
  • Create targeted audience segments for different roles
  • Monitor and report on ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, applications)

Multi-Platform Distribution:

  • Post optimized job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, niche job boards)
  • Ensure consistent employer branding across all recruitment channels
  • Update company career pages and social media profiles with recruitment content

Internship Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or related field
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook
  • Demonstrated design skills (portfolio or samples required)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms
  • Previous internship or project experience in HR, marketing, or design
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and employer branding
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and performance metrics
  • Can start immediately

Internship Details

  • Working Hours: Depends on management
  • Monthly Allowance: RM500
