We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Head of E-commerce to lead and scale our online business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing the end-to-end customer journey, and overseeing all aspects of e-commerce strategy, operations, and performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive revenue, profitability, and market share
- Own P&L for the e-commerce channel, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Lead and optimize online sales channels (website, marketplaces, mobile, etc.)
- Drive customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing performance in collaboration with marketing teams or agencies
- Optimize site performance, merchandising, and content to improve conversion rates
- Manage e-commerce operations including order fulfillment, logistics, payments, and customer service
- Analyze data and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve performance
- Lead, mentor, and grow the e-commerce team; work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, product, finance, and operations
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and managing large-scale e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Marketplace management experience (Lazada, Shopee, etc.)
